The socialist-styled Wisconsin Medical Journal has published a report called Parental Vaccine Refusal In Wisconsin.  With a system setup so deadly that it vaccinates against Hepatitis B at birth, the most disturbing information one can glean from this report is how few Wisconsinites have made informed decisions on vaccination in the past.  Today, though, the tide is turning and Wisconsin physicians and parents are educating themselves.
