Gene Kirschbaum, JD
Legal Director, General Counsel

Gene Kirschbaum, Esq. has spent much of his life as a military attorney.  His awareness of vaccine injury stems from the culmination of his experiences with his own strong negative reaction to the DPT vaccine as a youngster, a nephew diagnosed with vaccine-induced autism, and with soldier reactions to the anthrax vaccine.  Gene is aware that drug manufacturers abscond the truth about the side effects of the drugs they produce.  He is acutely aware that drug companies and regulators are not working in the patient’s best interest.  As a lawyer, Gene wishes to fight against a political system that provides wealthy drug manufacturers undo power within our legislative branches of government.  Gene specifically notes that organizations like Wisconsin Vaccine Information Center are absolutely essential to combat the excessive power drug manufacturers wield.  Gene is an attorney at law.

Lynette Volkers, RN, BSN
Governmental Relations Officer

Lynette Volkers is a neonatal intensive care unit nurse in central Wisconsin.  Lynette has looked beyond the official claims that vaccines are safe and save lives.  After an interest-sparking conversation with a medical doctor hugely researched on the lack of efficacy of and unacceptable adverse effects from vaccines, Lynette started to question and research the things she had been taught.  Lynette recently said, “I am new to questioning vaccines.  My children are 3 and 2 years old and have up to this point received their vaccinations, and me, well, up until this year I have received the flu vaccine.”  After what she’s learned about the damaging side effects of vaccinations she states, “If you were to ask me today if I would immunize against anything right now - heck no!!   It infuriates me that the pharmaceutical industry dictates so much of the medical field.”

Leigh Ann Tatnall, RN
Outreach and Advocacy Officer

Leigh Ann Tatnall is an accomplished registered nurse in southeast Wisconsin.  She is owner and nurse-consultant at Natural Harmonies where she coaches on wellness and is an EFT practitioner and Reiki Master-Teacher.  She is also Supervisor of Coordinated Care at a local medical case management organization.  She is past Director of Health Services at a local senior living center, with additional experience in information technology.  Her interest in natural health began years ago when she herself was sickened by an auto-immune disorder.  After years of researching her own medical history, she found that as an infant she had suffered a severe adverse reaction to vaccination.  Once armed with a new understanding of health and with the truth about vaccines in hand, she embarked on a lifelong quest to teach others how to achieve and maintain health without vaccinations, harmful medications, or mutilating surgeries.  She teaches people to instead take care of their health with proper nutrition, hydration, rest, sunshine and meditation.  Today Leigh Ann is mother to two unvaccinated children.  She completed her doctor of naturopathic medicine in July of 2010.

Nick Haas
Media Director, Board Member

Nick's background is in sales and logistics.  He is president of International Medical Council on Vaccination.  Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College in 1998, majoring in both business administration and Spanish.  Nick became interested in vaccines when he and his wife became pregnant.  He was shocked as he learned about the true risks of vaccines, that their efficacy is grossly overstated, and that vaccines in fact are not responsible for disease eradication.  After studying thousands of pages on vaccines and deciding he needed to get involved, Nick founded MVVIC, with all medical doctors on its boards.  The organization gladly claims responsibility for sparking the interest of physicians and the public alike, leading them to the truth they did not learn in medical school or from their doctor.  Nick and his wife Ana are parents of one unvaccinated son and live in southeast Wisconsin.  Nick is not a healthcare provider.
